Watch for Kingfishers, Whooper Swans fresh in from Iceland and birds of prey, including Hen Harrier.

Look for Bearded Tits on the grit trays and wildfowl on the meres. This large wetland reserve is great for a day out.

Waders such as Curlew, Redshank, Dunlin and Oystercatcher arrive to feed on the estuary while wildfowl return.
