Immerse yourself in the myriad sights, smells and sounds nature has to offer. Wake up with nature and experience the tranquillity of dawn on one of our nature reserves this season. Whether you join an expert-led 4am walk, an early morning tour in search of booming Bittern or – if the small hours aren’t your cup of tea – a ‘not-so’ dawn chorus walk, you’ll relish a totally unique experience. Tune into birdsong, including the cheerful tune of the Blackcap, with events running from the end of March to May. Take a look at what’s on offer.

Take the family out for an adventure with our new Wild Cards! Pick up a pack of playing cards on your arrival at participating nature reserves and compare the strengths and facts of some of spring’s most familiar species as you explore. Learn to identify birdsong, get expert tips on starting your birdwatching journey, or get to know your favourite species better with specialist workshops on warblers and raptors such as Marsh Harriers. Visit a nature reserve

Whether you want to join an expert-led walk or go exploring with the kids, RSPB nature reserves have something on offer for everyone. Covering the length and breadth of the country, the RSPB’s nature reserves are a great place to visit all year round and make some memories.
